James “Magnolia” James is a cop with BCPD. He also worked as a bouncer at the Night of Blue BCPD gala. Both times he was encountered, someone tried to slip by him. The first time it was Tyler Taylor Pierce trying to get into Show Dogs (which led to him getting interrogated), and the second time it was Christine Andrews, trying to get into the gala. Chris did not fool Magnolia but did finagle getting to briefly look in the security room by crying.
