Tannoy Kajj is a smuggler and an explorer. The first to cross the permanently shadowed region of the Planet Moonlock, now called the Kajj Umbra, he crashed when attempting to cross the Q-Glass Storm on Gift-3.

A black dude, Kajj has a large purple pompadour.^{^[1]} He usually works with a crew, though he ensures that they are not present for riskier endeavours, such as the crossing of the Umbra and the attempted crossing of the Storm. He is also in possession of an Axiom-created robot he named Burpaderp.

His ship, The Other Hand, looks like the millenium falcon, but with a far larger cut into it - like Pacman, but long. It is common knowledge "that Tannoy Kajj likes having the fastest ship in a place", which he accomplishes by tuning his engines, an activity he enjoys.^{^[2]}

In Futura Free Kajj joins up with Lily Lysander and Waltz Tango Cache to form the Divine Riot.
