Amira Kiani is a receptionist at a suspiciously empty office building. She has rosy skin, purple eyes and round purple glasses with VR functionality so she can watch daytime talk shows through them. She is initially wearing a khaki skirt suit.

She is later revealed to be one of the remaining members of the Tzadik black ops unit coopted by Provost-Regent Twelfth. At that time she has on a rain parka and is wielding a sniper rifle and pistol, which she uses to attack the Chime. She is apparently a "logistics expert" as well as a sniper.[1]

Kiani appears as one of those piloting Rigour units in the finale, where she attacks and destroys Fortitude.
