Tyler Taylor Pierce is a private eye who operates mainly within the Shore area of Bluff City.

Tyler wears “the most expensive suit at men’s warehouse” with a co-ordinated tie and a pocket share that is “always intact”. He gets his hair cut every ten days in order to always look impeccable.
History and Involvement[edit | edit source]
Prior to the events of There Is No Greater Love, he hung around Show Dogs in an attempt to drum up business, however he “[didn’t] like spending Show Dogs prices” and so would purchase a less expensive hotdog from Alley Dogs and wrap it in an old Show Dogs wrapper. It was this that first drew him into the case surrounding Hector Hu’s death.
Being involved in closing the case around Hector’s death helped improve Tyler’s career, giving him a foothold in the Shore. Although his new cases weren’t as exciting as his previous case, he found that he did appreciate the “slower turn of pace”.
After closing this case, Tyler kept in close contact with Patty, Chris, and Florence, giving him a circle of friends for the first time, although whether he was still able to keep in contact with Chris and Florence after they joined (or, in Florence’s case, re-joined) the Concern is unclear.
