Rye is the Elect of the Divine Space, Second of the Nine Coronet of Stel Orion, Chief Signatory of the Pact of Necessary Venture, and Provedore of all Divinity.[1]

His Divine's ability to manage and track movement in the Portcullis system gives him, Stel Orion, and the Pact a serious advantage in all matters strategic and logistical.[2]

History and Involvement[edit | edit source]

Rye's negotiations against Cynosure Whitestar-Kesh during the Kesh-Coronet Trade Dispute of 1390 resulted in significant economic gains for Stel Orion over Stel Kesh.[3] He also spearheaded the Orion Trade Concordance[4] and negotiated the Pact side of the Treaty of Permanent Peace.[5]

He personally signed a document allowing the hosts of CENTRE/line to publicly discuss Millenium Break's attempted coup against the Principality and their terrorist activities.[4]
