The Tower

From fattwiki

The Tower is a game, by Jack de Quidt and Austin Walker, about "building religion for two weary pilgrims." It remains in development, with no official or playtest release.

In The Tower, one player takes the role of the Pilgrim while the other is the Divine.[note 1] It is played with two 54-card decks of cards, including Jokers.

In COUNTER/Weight's "An Animal Out of Context" Jack plays the Pilgrim, Chital, and Austin plays the Divine, Liberty and Discovery.
