Lucia Whitestar is a high-ranking general in Stel Kesh, a member of House Whitestar, and the daughter of Cynosure Whitestar-Kesh.[1] Her flagship is the Lander One.[1]
Appearance
Lucia's facecast is current-day Melanie Lynskey. She is a member of the generation preceding Clementine's.[1] In her appearance in PARTIZAN, she wears a black military jacket with red leggings and gold trim.[2]
History and Involvement
PARTIZAN
Lucia is an emerging strategic genius, and eighth in line to the throne of the Princept. She leads the operation to breach Fort Icebreaker.[3] She takes some offense to A.O. Rooke's claim that the Rapid Evening could break the Apostolos line of defense.

Trivia
- Lucia's exact relationship to Cynosure was ambiguous for some time. She was referred to as Cynosure’s in PARTIZAN 27: Millennium Break: She said, "To Win We Must Play!", and as his daughter in PARTIZAN 28: Millennium Break: The Storm Over Cruciat. In PALISADE 26: Resentment and Frustration Pt. 1 she was referred to variously as Cynosure's cousin, daughter, and niece. Official confirmation that she is his daughter was made at last in PALISADE 36: Weapons Ready Pt. 2.
