Lucia Whitestar is a high-ranking general in Stel Kesh, a member of House Whitestar, and the daughter of Cynosure Whitestar-Kesh.[Note 1] Her flagship is the Lander One.[1]
Appearance
Lucia's facecast is current-day Melanie Lynskey. She is a member of the generation preceding Clementine's.[1] In her appearance in PARTIZAN, she wears a black military jacket with red leggings and gold trim.[2]
History and Involvement

Lucia is an emerging strategic genius, and eighth in line to the throne of the Princept. She leads the operation to breach Fort Icebreaker.[3] She takes some offense to A.O. Rooke's claim that the Rapid Evening could break the Apostolos line of defense.
