Countinghouse is the financial district deep in the heart of Blough City.
Tall office buildings wrap around city blocks arranged in concentric circles. At the center, a rotunda, hiding a statue.
It was the focus of the Holiday Parade that briefly took over Blough City during Messy Business. Giant balloons of strange geometric figures floated down Countinghouse's avenues as festive music played. Hundreds of Blough City citizens sipped warm drinks and watched in awed merriment.
