Stel Kesh is a Stel of the Divine Principality. Along with Stel Nideo, Stel Kesh was part of the founding Stels of the Principality, and has a direct history as one of the oldest established powers in the galaxy. It is built around a stuffy (and secretive) aristocracy. It is associated with history, knowledge, stubbornness, and the past.[1]

Stel Kesh has a surface-level parliamentary democracy, but is governed secretly by The Curtain.[2]
