Caeso Wair (/keɪzoʊ wɛər/) is a cowboy and longtime member of Millennium Break now stationed on Palisade. He's salty but sort of kind, though before he joined Millennium Break he was much more rough and tumble. He has good rope skills and knowledge of knots.
Caeso has salt and pepper hair and stubble, a smallish face and largish eyes. Like any good cowboy, he wears leather.
He has a horse (alien or robot) wearing a reinforcing metal exoskeleton, and with a cannon strapped to it. He also carries stinkpot grenades.
