Kel Carolina is Gilbert Lutz's right hand in the realm of Rosemerrow politics, working in the Lutz Lower House.
Appearance
Unlike many orcs, they bear no signs of association with the New Archives and have lived in Rosemerrow their whole life. They wear a suit with navy blue slacks and a matching vest over a teal short-sleeve dress shirt.
Personality
When meeting with the deputies investigating Lutz's death, Kel seemed weary but professional, and spoke with a warm, if mournful, tone.
