Cheddy is a regular at Snoopy's and a frequent visitor of the enclave in post-apocalyptic Bluffington Beach, though they are not considered to be a true member of the community.
Cheddy's parents are or were part of the society entact and she would like to return to that society. In an effort to gather enough funds to return,she sometimes works with people who still take cash money rather than purely working on a barter system like rest of the enclave inhabitants.
