Elgash Or is an archivist who has been assigned to the New Archives' branches in Velas and Rosemerrow. He has done some research into the treaties that allow the Golden Lance to operate in Rosemerrow.
Following the events of "I've Killed Monsters", Elgash came into possession of the Book of Life, which he sent on to the Archives before his death, apparently at the hands of Arrell.
