The Society of Banners and Bright Returns is a mercenary group that takes on reconnaissance, espionage, sabotage, and theft missions. It is not directly under the control of any Stel, but operates under Stel Orion and the Scrivener’s Guild.
The group has a base in an old abandoned lighthouse in Oxbridge;[1] it has two entrances, one hidden underwater.[2]
The group consists of Kal'mera Broun, Valence, and Thisbe.
