Senior Instructor Snyder is known throughout the Concern as the toughest trainer. He is also the oldest trainer in the Concern and is described as "grizzled". He does not currently work in the field. He is Maggie's mentor.
Snyder was a legend within the Concern when he was a field agent, due to his non-nonsense attitude.
He previously retired at the age of 65, and is currently 63 years old.
