Memoria is a mineral found on Partizan with high information storage capacity. It is primarily mined by the Coloumnar in the Memoria Teardrop.

A large cache of Memoria is discovered in the Equiaxed commune under Vigil City, and Gur Sevraq identifies these as being the 'eyes of the Exemplar that they were tasked with finding. When Millennium Break moves to save the commune, they are forced to leave behind the eyes, and they fall into the hands of the Columnar. Many are later destroyed by Valence to keep them out of the Curtain's hands, though some are stolen by Millennium Break, and one is traded to the Witch in Glass.

Formatted Memoria

The Coloumnar have developed a process by which they can “format” memoria to use it to store large amounts of information, and remain unaffected by the Perennial Wave.

Clarified Memoria

The Sable Court developed a process by which they were able to “reveal” the truth of Memoria gems, which allows the already potent material to conjure and confer the miraculous. While the Coloumar often "write over" the information, the Sable Court is able to reveal information that was already on the memoria, and use that to create effects that are near-magical in nature. It is seen projecting holograms and facilitating long range communication across Partizan.
