Heritage Hall is located on the smaller amusement pier in Dune City. It is described as a tan Spanish colonial-style building. The pier circles the Hall.
It can be rented out for events, but is mostly used it to do corny musical performances (local high school quartet plays the hits of the 70s, photos for the local football team if they win regionals).
It was destroyed during the fight between Grouse, Paternoster, The Champ, Mr Good and Mr E Masque in When Justice Is Done.
