Hell is either the code name or the actual name for a strange area or road in between Bluff City and Blough City. Depending on which way you go between the cities, you may encounter it. It is suggested to be a collection of rest stops and roadside attractions, such as the world’s tallest fork, but it has not been shown yet.
Demons and other beings such as Mr Lee L Bee and The Curator are from Hell, and trade both items and ideas between the cities.
