Clarence B. Grimes was the villainous and corrupt police chief in the fictional movie The Eighty Six. In the movie, he was played by Blake Blossom.
He is more involved in the day to day operations of the BCPD than a chief should be. He has his hands in everything, “checking in” around the city in all aspects of crime. Despite this, he presents the image of cleanliness.
He has an open door policy, and people hang out with him in the office all the time. He is well liked by a “certain class of cop”.
