The Cash4Coats franchise is owned by Chip Directly. It is an extremely legitimate clothing business that has three locations across Bluff City.

Located on the Boardwalk, this location is open 24 hours. It is primarily aimed at tourists, with lots of stuff for tourists to buy including t-shirts that looks like a peacoats with a little button airbrushed on the front that says ‘I went to bluff city and all I got was…” on the front and on the back says "the original cash4coats t-shirt".

Located in the residential area. It has a pawn shop-y charm, filled with stuff people who live in Bluff City would pawn.

Located in a big shopping plaza away from the Boardwalk, this is location that Chip has put the most money into. It is only really used by out of towners.
Inside, Chip Directly serves people from inside a glass box where he can talk to customers via microphone. Over the speakers, top 40 music from forty years ago plays. There are multiple gag coats in his secret rack of good/fancy coats that can come out of the wall, so that the room has the appearance of a laundromat. A robot arm comes out and puts the coat on you.
