The CD-BAR is a bar in The Cove in Bluff City.
After buying up large amount of stocks of discman and CDS (either by cutting a deal with the company or “someone who made a crate fall off the back of a truck”), the CD-BAR's privacy has made is a good place in Bluff City to do unsavoury activities.
When entered, you can hire a discman for $5 and then choose your CDs to listen to (headphone splitters also available). To communicate with other patrons in the bar, an in-bar messaging system (similar to an in-flight messaging system) can be used. The cocktail cocktail waitresses will also pass notes for you.
