Stel Columnar is a Stel of the Divine Principality. Stel Columnar's formation is notable for being relatively bloodless, of the Stels which joined after the formation of the Principality -- this event was called the Courting of the Columnar Tabulary.
Stel Columnar is a fence-sitting democracy, made up largely of synthetics on the cutting edge of technology, art, politics, and war.
