Moonlock is one of the eight planets formed from the living world of Quire during the Miracle of the Mirage. It is theoretically a New Earth Hegemony world, but it's also the location of the Sky Reflected in Mirrors, as well as the Qui Err Assembly, and home to a faction of the NEH known as the Concrete Town Particulars.
There is a region of the planet, on the side facing Volition, known as the Kajj Umbra, which is especially prone to axiomatic activity.
