Millennium Alexander Black arrived in Bluff City sometime during 1970s, becoming something of a folk/blaxploitation hero, throwing the bad guys in jail and talking back to the mayor. He was seen as a real force for good in the community.

At some point after this rise to fame he became reclusive, buying out three casinos and retrofitting them into his image: The Black Star, The Black Colossus, and The Black Millennium. At the time of The Cost of Greed, no one had seen him in person for thirty years. Despite this, he is the owner and financier of Graysand Paranormal.

Millennium is described as being like "if Blade retired" and looking like a cross between Wesley Snipes and Keith David. When seen in The Cost of Greed, he wears a black turtleneck, a white jacket under a long black coat, a gold tie and glasses with round frames.

During The Cost of Greed, Alexa gave him a turquoise “to help with his business”, which Millennium directed one of his assistants, Montgomery, to take.
