Logos Kantel is a prophet who came to the moon Partizan nearly 1000 years before the events of PARTIZAN. Logos Kantel turned Partizan from a barren rock to a living world, and created the Prophet's Sea, with the aid of the True Divine. Their mantra is "Progression".
They are an Equiaxed cyborg who has visibly blended their machine body with plant life.
