Frankie Already, mostly called “Frank”, is an 11 year old girl from Bluffington Beach. She is sometimes in trouble, both in school and at home, for her "foul language".

She currently attends Bluffington Beach Middle School. Although not in the school band, she is allowed to travel with them during competitions, functioning as a kind of "band manager" style role as she cannot play an instrument.

Frank has a strong desire to be "in the pages" and a magazine, carrying a camera which she got for Christmas in order to practise her photography. She also loves reading (television guides, scandal magazines, paper magazines, comics). She was on Jeopardy! and is very proud of this although she came third. The experience also meant that she got to shake Alex Trebek’s hand “which was great”. Three years prior to the events of To Be Young Near the Shore, Frank went on a trip to the American Magazine Museum and was able to look at all the back issues of The Man From Greckston, an action comic magazine about a spy/action hero type from the early 20XXs). She also gave herself the summer project of taking apart a VCR to learn how it worked.

She is fascinated by retro commercials and studies them to see what was compelling to people from times past, going so far as to order old VHSs of the ads online. Recently, she has begun to see herself in adverts on tv late at night that she has no memory of filming (a ‘Hungry, Hungry Hippos’ ad from 2023, etc).

She own a small, irascible Chihuahua named Tiny.

Her room is decorated in a collage made from cut out magazines, a standee of Darth Vader, and a corkboard with facts on it that she used while studying to be on Jeopardy! (what’s the capital of Poland, when was Alexander the Great around, when did they go to the moon). She has a lurid pink and black bedspread and has a generally messy room. From her bedroom window, she can see the hologram projection of Mr Pizza on the side of The Upper Crust.

She and CC have been neighbours for many years, and have a strong friendship.

When playing Smash 0 with CC, Ronny, and Nolan, she mains Rico Rodriguez from Just Cause.

When seen in To Be Young Near the Shore, Frank wore a bright pink puffy jacket, a bright yellow scarf, with her blonde hair in a high ponytail. When investigating the Tunnel in Part 4, she is seen with a backpack and a headlamp, which she got by buying several dozen issues of a mining magazine.
