The Fabreal Duchy is a duchy on Palisade descended from the Crown of Glass. It has traditionally been ruled by the Duke of Glass (Perpetual Lustre), but with the arrival of the Principality to Palisade, he has been ousted in favor of his counts and other nobles.
The ruling class of the Fabreal Duchy have glass bodies filled with the oil of Unction, which contains their consciousness. The glass of their bodies is able to shift and reform to some degree. With age, the glass of their bodies is stained by the oil, taking on color.
The Duchy enslaves Delegates, who are viewed as the lowest of the low. There is also a human servant and peasant class held in slightly higher regard.
