Evelyn Christo is an out of town contract lawyer, who was brought in by Chief Grimes to facilitate the sale of land to casinos in the movie The Eighty Six.
She is described as looking similar to Hilary Violet S. Banks from Fresh Prince of Bel Air. She is a light-skinned black lady. When seen in The Eighty Six, she wears a a shirt with white and blue diagonal stripes and a beige pencil skirt.
