Estecar, the Maverick Resplendent, is a funny little wizard. They are wanted in seventy states, three empires, and two townships for word theft (and also by their parents, for word theft). They never stay in the same town for more than 24 hours.
Though their parents are from the Gilded Reef, Estecar was born or left in the Jungles of the Panther Queen as they were considered a threat to their parents' despotic rule. Their mother is the sister of the Panther Queen, and their father is, of course, the Mermaid King.
They claim to have never been afraid, and to not understand any words related to fear.
Along with Domenico Smokeacre and Eze Ki'el, they are responsible for the coming together of the worlds of the Grand Tableau.
