Corsica Neue is a former archivist who claims authority over the undead in Hieron.
Appearance
Corsica rides a massive black war armored war steed. She wears black and gold Ordennan plate armor with the badge of a Justiciar on it. Her hands and entire head save for her lips and dark eyes are covered, mummy-like, in bandages.
