A sibling of Echo Reverie, Ballad is described as looking similar to Echo, but with a more intense look, stubble and long dark blue hair. He is wearing a green M65 army jacket, khaki pants, and a white dress shirt with two swords on his back. Around his left arm is an armband with the acronym VoS written on it, which stands for Volunteers of Seiche. He is in his mid-to-late twenties, is six feet tall and is in good shape.
Echo gives him their old jacket in the episode 'Along A Route'.
