Saint Decario Dicario is a member of the Devotees on the Brink and later in Violet Cove, described as "Romeo + Juliet Leonardo Dicaprio [...] with the masquerade armor on", whispering in 3T's ear.
History and Involvement
Decario was introduced in an argument with Sly Dente, insisting that they carry two Mirage bombs on their ship instead of one.
Later, he went as part of the Devotees' forces to Palisade. He was seen discussing recruitment with fellow hawkish leader Griesel Sunset.
