Rosana is a lay member of the Creed of Samothes from Velas and the wife of Hadrian.
Appearance
Rosana is fairly tall and has blonde hair.
History
Winter in Hieron
At the beginning of Winter in Hieron 18: Try to Live Normally, Rosana and Benjamin, having fled from the Ordennan invasion of Velas, meet Hadrian and the Wizard Arrell outside of Rosemerrow. After she and Hadrian say goodbye, Arrell performs the spell that seals Benjamin into one of his bubbles. Rosana is left in charge of the Velasian refugees by Exarch Alyosha, who goes to the Tower of Samol with the Forest Party.
In Winter in Hieron 29: Slow Justice, Rosana and the refugees arrive at the New Archives, where she reunites with a newly-unbubbled Benjamin. In the final montage of the season she's seen in the caravan traveling to the Last University.
Spring in Hieron
Rosana becomes a de-facto cultural leader at the Last University, as both an educational organizer and the lay-leader of the Creed of Samothes. After the eight years of Cold Winter she's reunited with her husband, Hadrian. When Benjamin's status as conduit for Arrell is revealed, she insists on joining him and Hadrian on the journey to Alcyon, where she witnesses the battle with Arrell.
