Slate is a planet in the Perseus arm section of the Golden Branch. It was once part of the Apostolosian Empire. Its population is in the millions.
It is a manufacturing center for the Diaspora, and overseen by the extremely controlling Divine Service. It is the home of the Diasporatic Department of Material Resources: Slate Division.
