Arthur Arvo is one of the owners of Arvo And Stacks Photography Studio, located on the Kingfish Pier in Bluff City. He is a loud and enthusiastic man who delights in editing photographs for comedy purposes and has published a book of photographs on this subject, Arvo's Antics. He is planning on a second book, Photography Philosophy by Arthur Arvo, Antics Genius.
