Realis is an ongoing Patreon-exclusive series similar to Bluff City. It was first teased at the end of Friends at the Table's July 2022 charity fundraiser stream with a selection of early music and writing. The first arc of the series was released on the main Friends at the Table feed on Thursday, January 23.[1]

Realis is played in a game system of the same name, designed by Austin. Austin has stated that he was partially inspired by Kentaro Miura's Berserk.
