The Kingdom Come is the pirate Captain Brandish's ship, whose appearance spells doom for any souls unlucky enough to see it on the horizon.
As the namesake for the ship piloted by The Chime in COUNTER/Weight, the Kingdom Come has become a recurring element in Friends at the Table. In "The Killing of the King-God Samothes By The Traitor Prince Maelgwyn Pt. 2", Sige tells Aubrey that, per his religious father's wishes, he was going to name the boat he had been working on His Kingdom Comes.
