Rayburn Royce is the manager/owner of Royce's Roll Carts. He bought the carts one at a time and used to push them, although he no longer does this.
He is described as a balding, very tall Italian man in a grey suit, with thin features and a thin mustache. He wears a suit even in hot weather.
