Agent Ward is a Senior Agent on Deep Blue deployment in Blough City. She was once an agent for the Blough City-aligned faction of The Concern as a double agent but betrayed them to work for the Bluff City-aligned faction as a triple agent.
She is known to some in Bluff City as Leslie Strada of the coastguard, though this is thought to be another pseudonym.
She is described as looking similar to Katherine Hepburn. When seen in There Is No Greater Love, she wears a coast guard uniform and a long peacoat with her hair up.
