Realis is an upcoming Patreon-exclusive series. Like Bluff City, it will be an ongoing campaign. It was first teased at the end of Friends at the Table's July 2022 charity fundraiser stream with a selection of early music and writing. The series is currently slated to begin releasing in late 2024.

Realis will be played in a game system of the same name, which was designed by Austin. While most information about Realis is under wraps, Austin has stated that he was partially inspired by Kentaro Miura's Berserk.
