Jesset City is a lieutenant in the Oxblood Clan. Before he worked for Oxblood, he was employed by Adamant Arms and Manufacturing.

He served as a support unit & on-site repairs for Oxblood in Obelle. After that mission, he became a rising star in Oxblood. In Orzen, he posed as "Jeremiah Cateye" and solidified his status as a leader.

Jesset is an expert technician, a rapidly developing hollow pilot, and is Cipher Certified by Stel Nideo. Utilizes prostheses on his right arm, switching between an affordable myoelectric model with grip hooks and a custom model specifically designed for interfacing with a hollow cockpit. He pilots a Cloud unit in his first appearance, and a Yoke afterward.
