Alexa Baker is the CSO (Chief Spiritual Officer) at Graysand Paranormal, and is the face of the business. She is described as being in her early 30s and having a “kind of mousey” appearance and dressing in a clearance-at-old-navy business casual style.
Formerly an over-the-phone customer service agent, Alexa left that behind to become a paranormal investigator. Her friendly and personable attitude means that she makes connections with people easily, even going so far as to be facebook friends with members of Trenton Terror-Normal Investigators, their closest competitor. She sends out a company newsletter once a week to staff, and organising social functions for those in the office.
During cases, she often makes notes on a small notepad that she keeps with her.
In her spare time, she sells crystals on both eBay and etsy (although she fiend eBay to be more profitable), and spends a lot of time on wikipedia. She also carries crystals on her, both for her own use and to give to people in need.
She has a tattoo of a seaweed pinkie ring from her promise to the selkie.
