Mr Lee L Bee is a middle-man, deal broker, and black marketeer. He can be a useful, non-Concern source for information and assets, but only trades in dreams, ideas, and wistful thoughts
Like Mike Truck, he is from neither Bluff nor Blough City, and is implied to be from literal Hell.
He has a connection to the wrestling group Monster House. He says that he has a background in Old Dominion Wrestling.
When seen in Extracurricular: Out Of Time, he has been working as a bootlegger in Blough City. An associate of Caitlin Key, he brought Grouse and The Champ to Caitlin after they washed up in Blough City.
He drives a 1926 packard twin-six roadster (red, big lights on the front, “so dangerous to drive in”).
He is described as looking like Cedric the Entertainer. When seen in The Grapplers Down at Promenade Arena, he is seen in a white suit, with a little orange flower, an orange tie, and a white bowler hat.
