Simeon Shaw the fourth is the son of the Shaw hotel dynasty and entertainment/music/wrestling promoter for Promenade Wrestling. He is yet to truly succeed in anything he does, but despite this he is his father's favourite child.
He is described as a "sleazy mix of Shane McMaheon and the kid you knew who was supposed to be a big deal and who flunked out".
