The Double Tilt Arcade is an old arcade located on Saltwater Pier in Bluff City. You must pay an entry fee, but then you can play as many games as you like.
Herc Verandanza did business here while working as a sports bookie.

Waxwing operates a secret base below the arcade. This base is also used by Grouse, Mr Good, Paternoster, The Champ.
