Simeon Shaw the Fourth is the son of the Shaw hotel dynasty and entertainment/music/wrestling promoter for Promenade Wrestling. He is yet to truly succeed in anything he does, but despite this he is his father's favorite child.
He is described as a "sleazy mix of Shane McMahon and the kid you knew who was supposed to be a big deal and who flunked out". When seen in "The Grapplers Down at Promenade Arena", he is wearing a cheap suit with a windbreaker over the top of it, with sunglasses on the top of his head.
