Ollie Fraser (1968-20XX) was the mayor of Bluff City until his death (as depicted in "There Is No Greater Love").
Although people from Bluff City didn't like him, they did "respect his hustle". During his time as mayor, he began the mayoral internship program for high school students.
He played golf (or at least enjoyed it enough to practise it in his office), and was a big fan of the galas that were occuring in Bluff City in that time.
He is described as a Steve Harvey type.
