Public Person[note 1] is the owner and operator of the Old Gold Graduate Club & Privacy, a sort of society club and accommodation within Sculpture City.
He is very charismatic. He vapes.
Appearance
Public is a light-skinned black dude with light eyes. The sides of his hair are in a fade, and the top part is straightened and slightly wavy. He resembles Terrence Howard circa 2007. He wears a dress jacket patterned in light blue and black florals over a yellow, green and white silk shirt with a really ridiculous geometric pattern of shapes colliding. His pants and his (really nice) shoes are black.[1]
