Obelle is a town on Partizan, on the border between the Barranca to the north and the Prophet’s Path to the south. It is close to the western coast of the Prophet's Sea. Obelle is a sleepy agricultural town with a small tourist industry, as it's often used as a rest stop for those walking their pilgrimage down the Prophet’s Path. Because it is far from Apostolos’ northern border with Kesh, their military holdings here are diminished.

The Divine Past crashed just outside Obelle during SBBR's mission in the area, scattering its remains across the sands. The Rapid Evening were deployed there soon after to ensure its recovery.

The town is home to a Talonite religious community centered on the worship of Peace. Kalar Anakalar, a member, is from a village on Obelle's outskirts.

Obelle, Marengo and Auspice, all settlements near the Prophet's Path, eventually become a coastal stronghold for Millennium Break.
